Medical and Marketing Executive Aesthetic Exosomes

VitalEase Pharma & Nutraceuticals is seeking a dynamic Medical and Marketing Executive specializing in Aesthetic Exosomes to join our team in Karachi. This role focuses on promoting bio exosomes and aesthetic products to healthcare professionals, particularly dermatologists and clinics. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in medical, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic sales along with excellent communication skills. With at least two years of relevant experience, the candidate will conduct regular field visits and implement marketing strategies to boost product awareness and sales performance. Additionally, this position involves leading a small team of two members, ensuring coordinated efforts in market penetration and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and execute effective medical marketing strategies tailored to aesthetic exosome products.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the aesthetic medicine sector.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to dermatologists, clinics, and other medical professionals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Plan and carry out frequent field visits across Karachi to engage healthcare providers and gather market intelligence.
• Lead and supervise a team of two sales and marketing personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and supply chain, to ensure smooth product availability and alignment with market demands.
• Monitor and report on sales targets, marketing campaign results, and overall team performance.
• Utilize sales enablement tools and resources to maximize outreach and customer engagement.
• StayUpdated with emerging trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine and exosome technology to maintain product expertise.
