WE’RE HIRING: Meta Ads Specialist

Car Removals Sydney 360 is hiring an experienced, performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team in Karachi.

We need someone who understands paid advertising beyond campaign setup, has a proven track record of generating quality leads, and can optimize campaigns for better results.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Develop effective lead generation strategies focused on generating high-quality leads while maintaining competitive CPL.

Build and manage conversion funnels.

Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Manage campaign budgets, allocate spending effectively, and scale successful campaigns.

Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking.

Work with CRM platforms to integrate lead data, track lead quality, and improve conversion tracking.

Develop retargeting strategies using website visitors, customer lists, video viewers, and other custom audiences.

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative performance analysis.

Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Monitor key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.

Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
