PNC Solutions is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Human Resources to join their HR team in Karachi. This full-time, six-month position is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various HR functions, offering a valuable opportunity for final semester students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in a corporate HR environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and effectively communicating employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR letters and official documents.
- Support the development, review, and updating of HR policies to align with organizational requirements.
- Contribute to attendance and leave management processes, ensuring smooth integration with payroll and compliance standards.
- Participate in probation and confirmation procedures, including evaluations and documentation.
- Gain hands-on experience in recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives.
- Support HR-driven employee engagement programs aimed at enhancing organizational culture.

Required Qualifications:
- Final semester student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
