Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client in the Process Industry.

Location: Karachi

Program: 1-Year Management Trainee Program

Experience: Fresh Graduates – 6 Months

Qualification: MBA / MS / MPA – HR / Management

Preferred Candidates

Fresh MBA graduates from IBA, IoBM, SZABIST, or other reputable HEC-recognized universities.

Strong academic background preferred.

Up to 6 months of relevant HR experience may apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, proactive, presentable, and eager to learn.

Good command of MS Office.
