Network Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Network Assistant based in Karachi to support our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for a non-managerial professional with at least two years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and peripheral devices. This position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Resolve problems related to printers and scanners efficiently.
- Provide technical support to end-users as required.
- Assist in maintaining the overall network environment under supervision.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar IT support or network assistant role.
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware and peripheral devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and device-related issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Salary range between PKR 50,000 and 60,000 per month.
