Office Cleaner

Invinci is seeking a dedicated Office Cleaner to maintain a clean and sanitary environment within our office premises. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in office maintenance and cleaning, capable of performing thorough cleaning tasks using various cleaning equipment effectively. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that the office space remains organized, hygienic, and welcoming for all employees and visitors. The Office Cleaner will focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness by carrying out routine cleaning and sanitizing procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping all office areas spotless and well-maintained, supporting the team in creating a productive and healthy work environment. While this position does not include managing a team, it requires self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The candidate should be familiar with cleaning protocols, use of cleaning chemicals safely, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure continuous upkeep of office facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment such as mops, and floor polishers efficiently and safely.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and materials to prevent hazards and contamination.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and polish all office surfaces including floors, windows, desks, and furniture.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
• Monitor the condition of office facilities and report any maintenance needs
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up after office events or meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and stock levels to ensure efficient resource management.
