Job Description

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented Officer for Data Entry and Dispatch within its Corporate Benefits Operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the precise entry of client-provided data into the ERP system, maintaining high data integrity and accuracy. The officer will also manage dispatch activities, track shipments, and address any queries related to data and dispatch processes. This position demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and an ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams to ensure seamless operational flow. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience and a commitment to maintaining timely and error-free data and dispatch handling. The Officer will work closely with internal departments to support smooth shipping and delivery operations, responding promptly to any discrepancies or challenges that arise. This role does not involve team management but requires the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, demonstrating excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities. Accuracy in data entry combined with effective dispatch coordination is essential to support the companys commitment to delivering high-quality corporate benefit services.
Responsibilities
 

  • Accurately process and enter client data into the ERP system, ensuring every detail is correctly recorded and verified.
  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data within the corporate systems.
  • Manage dispatch operations, coordinating the preparation and processing of shipments with attention to detail.
  • Track all deliveries systematically and provide timely status updates to relevant departments and clients as required.
  • Initiate follow-ups on delayed or pending deliveries, liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues swiftly.
  • Address and resolve queries related to data entry discrepancies, dispatch status, and shipment details.
  • Maintain organized records of dispatch and operational activities to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Identify and troubleshoot operational challenges associated with data entry and dispatch, implementing timely solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and support efficient operations.
