Operation and Growth Intern

Hiring: Growth & Operations Intern (On-Site – Orangi Town, Karachi)

We are looking for a smart, dedicated intern to join our digital agency and work directly with the founder.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you will learn real business systems, project management, and agency operations.
Location: Orangi Town, Karachi (On-Site Only)

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• Preferably 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (can be adjusted slightly)
• Consistency and commitment are required

What You Will Do

You will assist in:

• Supporting internal systems and workflows
• Helping manage freelance platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.)
• Assisting in project coordination and follow-ups
• Helping with research and new growth ideas
• Supporting hiring and talent search
• Assisting in day-to-day agency operations

What You Will Learn

• How a real digital agency operates
• Project management basics
• Client handling systems
• Freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork)
• Business systems and growth strategies

This role is designed to train you into a future Project Manager / Operations role.
