Operation Executive

• To achieve sales and profit targets by the acquisition of new members, reactivation of members.
• Generate sales, market services by phone, answers incoming customer calls and make outgoing sales calls.
• Make scheduled calls in accordance with the tele sales diary to generate new business and new customers. Ensuring all potential opportunities and enquires are captured and converted into sales.
• Grow and develop sales against targets, working with other staff to achieve maximum potential.
• Analyze members and make contact with key contacts to win business and grow sales.
• Successfully support and execute Gym promotions. Seek referrals within to wider business.
• On and closure of (Ac, tv, fans, light) as per requirement.
• Check fitness of machines and equipment. E
• nsure cleanliness of gym and equipment. Avoid friendship with members.
• Discourage gossip safeguard the reputation of gym.
• Maintain discipline.
• Asking favors and exchange of personal contact, accepting gifts is strictly not allowed.

Preference / Research

Good knowledge of all types of workout. Good knowledge of gym equipment (cardio / strength) Communicate with members to determine their fitness goals.
