Operations Executive

About the job
Consultisor is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to drive business growth by onboarding new clients and expanding our customer base in the company formation services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations, particularly in e-commerce, a bank or LLC and Ltd registration services.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Client Management:

- Review and maintain accurate records of LLC and LTD clients.
- Communicate with clients to collect missing data.
2. Banking and Financial Operations:

- Assist in creating and managing USA/UK bank accounts.
- Set up and manage payment gateways/merchants for seamless transactions.
3. E-commerce Management:

- Create and manage USA/UK Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Resolve issues related to Amazon Seller Central and bank accounts.
4. Research and Development:

- Conduct market research to identify updates and opportunities in e-commerce and fintech banking.
5. Collaboration and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records using Google Sheets.
- Provide timely progress reports to the Manager Legal & Operations.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:

- Facilitate EIN formation for newly formed businesses.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports.
7. General Operations:

- Perform tasks assigned by the Manager and management.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

§Bachelors/Masters with good communication skills.
§01-03 years of experience in handling operations and client onboarding.
§Experience in dealing with LLC and Ltd registration clients.
Timing: 12PM - 08PM. (Mon-Sat)
Location: PECHS Tariq Road
Salary: 40K-50K + Benefits.
