What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with platform goals and user needs, while managing budgets and optimizing performance.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to enhance user experience and ROI.
• Drive user acquisition and transaction growth through targeted channel operations and data-driven resource allocation.
• Develop and implement user growth strategies to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the user lifecycle.
• Build and enhance data analysis frameworks to track operational metrics and continuously optimize performance.
• Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, benchmark best practices, and recommend strategic improvements.

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of experience in web3 or crypto industry operations, preferably with overseas market exposure. (Outstanding candidates may be considered with less experience)
• Solid understanding of user growth strategies.
• Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
