Site Manager

· Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of HPL COCO sites operation as per SOPs.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, HSSE guidelines, and regulatory requirements across the site.

· Manage and reconcile site cash, stock levels, and daily reports; ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation.

· Daily reporting of sales.

· Management of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

· Maintain equipment, site standards, and cleanliness to meet operational and brand requirements.

· Lead, train and supervise site staff to ensure performance, discipline, and delivery of excellent customer service.

· Support in audits, inspections and compliance.
