Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Patient Service Representative, based in Karachi. The primary responsibilities include managing and responding to patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, assisting with appointment specializes in delivering strategic outsourcing solutions high customer satisfaction levels. The Patient Service Representative will also contribute to to company standards and protocols.

(This role is focused on administrative and communication support. Candidates with clinical qualifications such as medical doctors are overqualified for this position, therefore we kindly request that they do not apply.)

Salary: Starting from PKR 50,000 (depending on experience)

TIMINGS: 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM PST

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Relations.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and enhance the Customer Experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.

• Experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus.

• Proficiency in using standard office tools and technology.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service is advantageous.
