💰 Salary: PKR 150,000 – 170,000 (Depending on Profile)

🕘 Full-Time | Mon–Sat | 09 AM – 07 PM

Fulcrum is looking for a results-driven 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 for its client in the cosmetic industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling e-commerce brands through paid advertising, customer acquisition strategies, and data-driven marketing campaigns.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat & Google Ads

• Build audience targeting, retargeting & funnel strategies

• Scale paid campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS & ROI

• Monitor KPIs including CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC & Revenue

• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages & audiences

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ads

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently

• Generate actionable performance reports & insights

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• 3–5 years of performance marketing experience

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads & Google Ads

• Hands-on experience with GA4 and e-commerce scaling

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Skincare, or Cosmetic brands is highly preferred

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
