Role Description As a Posts Designer (Unpaid Work) at Growth Hive, you will design engaging visual posts for social media, community channels, and digital campaigns. This volunteer, hybrid role is based in Karāchi, with flexibility to complete some tasks from home. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with coordinators to understand content themes, create layouts and graphics, adapt designs to different platforms, and refine posts based on feedback. You will help maintain consistent visual branding, prepare assets for publishing, and organize design files for future use. The role offers an opportunity to strengthen your design skills, expand your portfolio, and contribute to Growth Hive’s outreach and community engagement.
Qualifications
 

• Candidates should possess basic graphic design skills, including familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in visual communication, such as understanding layouts, typography, color use, and image selection for social media posts.
• Candidates should possess skills in digital content creation, including adapting designs for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and optimizing visuals for online audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in collaboration and communication, including the ability to receive feedback, work with remote and on-site team members, and manage deadlines.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a volunteer setting.
• Experience building a design portfolio, coursework or self-study in design or media, and interest in community or non-profit work are beneficial.
