Role Description The Textile Designer will work on-site in Karachi in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the design and production teams.. The role involves researching trends, colors, and materials to inform seasonal collections and maintaining consistency with the brand’s identity. The Textile Designer will also refine designs based on feedback, coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on fabric and print execution, and ensure designs are optimized for quality, cost, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Embroidery and Textile Prints, with the ability to convert concepts into production-ready designs.
• Solid understanding of Textiles, including fabric types, construction, and suitability for various garment applications.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software) for pattern and motif development.
• Relevant academic background in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in apparel or fashion-based textile design, especially within similar markets, is an advantage.
