Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience:- 4 years of experience in production planning within the textile or garments industry

 

Job Description:-

  • Develop and execute production plans based on sales orders, forecasts, and capacity availability
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability
  • Monitor daily production progress and ensure adherence to planned schedule
  • Identify production delays or bottlenecks and take corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and planning data
  • Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and resources
  • Coordinate with quality and operations teams to align production with required standards
  • Track order status and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer commitments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly production reports for management review
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
