Procurement - Data Analyst

The Procurement Data Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing procurement data, generating insightful reports, and monitoring purchasing trends to support cost optimization and enhance supplier performance. This position is key to enabling effective decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from procurement-related data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain procurement data from ERP systems and other relevant sources.
- Prepare procurement dashboards, detailed reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Monitor purchasing trends, conduct spend analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Evaluate supplier performance, pricing trends, and key procurement KPIs.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory optimization using data-driven insights.
- Ensure procurement databases are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Identify data gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Develop Management Information System (MIS) reports related to procurement activities and overall business performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement analytics, MIS reporting, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level) and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- The role is based in Gadap Town, behind Baqai Medical University, Super Highway, Karachi, Pakistan.
- This is an in-person position.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 100,000.
