Grade: OG-I to AVP-I

We are looking for a dynamic banking professional to join our Customer Propositions & CRM – Product & Analytics team. The role will focus on managing deposit products, driving customer value propositions, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing overall product performance through analytics and market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance deposit & value-added products

• Develop customer propositions and product initiatives

• Drive sales campaigns to support business growth

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Improve processes, service standards, and customer experience

• Partner with Marketing for targeted campaigns and communication

• Deliver product trainings and performance insights
