The Project Professional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi South District. This role involves managing engineering and service projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning project activities, tracking progress, preparing detailed reports, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. Regular interaction with customers is a key part of the role, including addressing service needs, managing expectations, and assisting sales and business development efforts when required. Additionally, the Project Professional will contribute to identifying process improvements, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage engineering and service projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Plan project activities, monitor progress, and prepare comprehensive reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Support cross-functional teams in delivering effective solutions to clients and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Engage regularly with customers to address service requirements, manage expectations, and provide ongoing support.
- Assist sales and business development teams by identifying new service opportunities and supporting client engagement efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project execution and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards to maintain a secure and productive work environment.

Required Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proven project management and analytical abilities to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize project performance.
- Sales acumen and customer relationship management skills to support business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Relevant experience in engineering services, construction, or industrial projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi South District, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office applications, and basic reporting/documentation practices.
- Commitment to safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in processes and service delivery.
