Web Design Lead Associate

Job Description

Spectrum HCM (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Design Lead Associate to support our digital marketing efforts by designing, managing, maintaining, and optimizing multiple websites.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of web design, UX/UI, front-end development, CMS platforms, SEO, website analytics, and performance optimization.
working hours 6 pm to 3 am

Responsibilities
 

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites.
• Create and update landing pages, service/product pages, blogs, and website content.
• Ensure consistent branding, design standards, and user experience across websites.
• Optimize website speed, performance, functionality, and SEO.
• Manage CMS, plugins, integrations, and third-party tools.
• Conduct regular website audits and resolve technical, UX, content, and functionality issues.
• Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behavior.
• Coordinate with IT teams, developers, and external vendors on technical requirements.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve navigation, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys based on analytics.
• Stay updated with web design, UX/UI, SEO, and digital technology trends.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track traffic, bounce rate, conversions, user behavior, and other KPIs.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, and Design teams.
• Align website initiatives with digital marketing and lead-generation objectives.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in web design, front-end development, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or similar front-end technologies.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar.
• Understanding of SEO and SEO-friendly web design.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar website analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to interpret social media and digital marketing data.
• Strong attention to detail and design sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Working Hours: The candidate must be comfortable working late-night hours, as we are a US-based organization aligned with US business operations.
