Property Consultant (Female)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant with a strong background in Dubai's real estate market to join our team. This unique position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your Dubai expertise in one of London's most exclusive areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries, focusing on international investors familiar with Dubai's market
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate and present offers to senior staff
• Provide comprehensive market analysis, comparing London and Dubai investment opportunities
• Develop strategies to increase property values, drawing on Dubai market insights
• Coordinate with legal counsel on international sale and lease documents
• Maintain an extensive database of available properties in both London and Dubai

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in Dubai's real estate market is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of both Pakistan, Dubai and London property markets.
• Track record in luxury property sales or high-end customer service.
• Outstanding customer care skills with a focus on international clientele.
• Bilingual’s are highly desirable.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service. Fresh candidates
