Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Clifton, Karachi
Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 + 0.5%–1% commission per property sold

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert them into sales.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Arrange property visits and meetings with potential buyers.
• Maintain records of leads and sales progress.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge or interest in Karachi’s real estate market.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
