Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson at Pillars and Beams is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. This role involves prospecting and generating leads, meeting with potential buyers and sellers, and conducting property viewings. The Real Estate Salesperson will prepare and present listings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the full transaction process, including documentation and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, providing responsive customer service, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions and using company tools and systems to manage listings and sales activities.
Qualifications

 

• Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts and local market trends, particularly within Karāchi.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic proficiency with CRM or listing platforms, fluency in local languages, reliable transportation for property visits, and prior experience in real estate or related fields.
