Job Summary:
We GFS Builders & Developers are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Business Development:
1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
2. Develope and maintain knowledge of competitors, market conditions, and industry trends.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business strategies.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a related industry.
3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
3. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
