Quality Supervisor

Optimize Engineering Core Pvt. Ltd., a prominent manufacturer of evaporators and condensers based in Karachi, is looking for a committed QC Line Supervisor to join their factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing quality control activities on the production line, ensuring that all products meet both company and customer quality standards. This role is vital in maintaining product integrity through effective supervision, inspection, and collaboration with various departments to uphold high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise QC inspectors and ensure the correct implementation of quality procedures on the production line.
- Monitor in-process inspections, testing, and final quality checks to maintain stringent quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection reports and checklists, to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Identify defects, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Enforce strict adherence to company quality standards and safety protocols throughout the production process.
- Provide training to QC staff on inspection techniques, product standards, and quality control best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Industrial, Refrigeration, or a related technical field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of QC tools, measurement instruments, gauges, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise and motivate QC teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Intermediate education level is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of quality control experience is advantageous.
- This is a full-time, factory-based position offering permanent employment.
- Competitive monthly salary starting from Rs40,000.00.
- Work location is strictly on-site at the Karachi factory.
