Quality Supervisor

Organize and oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) to track and report incoming material inspections. Handle and track abnormal quality feedback, improvements, and corrective actions related to materials. 

• Monitor material failure and return data to adjust inspection strategies proactively.
• Review the quality aspects of new projects and monitor their implementation quality.
• Lead resolution of quality issues within the factory, ensuring effective preventive and corrective measures.
• Oversee 8D reports for customer complaints, ensuring timely responses and improvements.
• Collect and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual quality data; monitor progress on quality goals.
• Prepare monthly quality reports and conduct regular review meetings.
• Maintain and supervise the quality management system and compliance requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management.
• Background in Materials, Engineering, Quality Management, or Chinese language proficiency is a plus point.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 standards. Proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. Chinese-speaking candidates will be given preference
