As PsychPlus continues to grow, we are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management team in Karachi to support our U.S. healthcare operations.

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management Specialist to support our U.S. healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working within the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle and strong experience using CollaborateMD. You will support patient accounts, claims, payments, insurance activity, and other RCM workflows while maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity expectations.

CollaborateMD experience is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Revenue Cycle Management activities for U.S. healthcare accounts
• Review patient accounts for billing accuracy and outstanding balances
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Review claim status, rejections, denials, and payment activity
• Perform payment posting and review posted transactions for accuracy
• Investigate account discrepancies and coordinate corrections
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
• Review EOBs and ERAs to validate payments, adjustments, and patient responsibility
• Communicate with insurance companies and internal teams to resolve account issues
• Maintain accurate documentation in CollaborateMD and other healthcare systems
• Review patient account activity and identify missing or incorrect transactions
• Meet established productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time expectations
• Follow company procedures and applicable U.S. healthcare billing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
• Hands-on experience with CollaborateMD is required
• Experience with one or more RCM functions, including medical billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, denial management, insurance verification, or claims follow-up
• Working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle
• Strong understanding of patient accounts, insurance payments, adjustments, and outstanding balances
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Psychiatry billing
• Experience working with U.S. commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Experience with EOBs, ERAs, claim denials, and appeals
• Experience working with other medical billing, EMR, or practice management systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
