Role Description The Service Cashier is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division, responsible for managing customer payments and supporting front-desk operations. Daily tasks include issuing invoices, processing cash, card, and digital payments, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The role also involves greeting customers, answering basic service-related questions, coordinating with service advisors and technicians, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The Service Cashier is expected to maintain a clean and organized counter area, follow company procedures, and support general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and updating customer information.
Qualifications

 

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse customers.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) operation skills, including accurate billing, payment processing, and record keeping.
• General administrative and organizational skills, such as data entry, filing, and managing customer documents and receipts.
• Comfort with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, customer management systems) and willingness to learn new software tools.
• Attention to detail and reliability, with a focus on accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Karachi Division, including availability for peak service hours and occasional weekend or holiday shifts if required.
• Prior experience in retail, automotive service, or cashier roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; additional business or accounting courses are a plus.
