Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Real Estate Executive to help lease our office spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client interactions from inquiry to agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with businesses looking for office space
• Share proposals and conduct follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and calls
• Schedule and lead site visits
• Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements

Requirements:

• must have previous Experience as a real estate agent
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Able to coordinate visits across Karachi
