We are seeking a professional and confident Receptionist who can not only manage front desk duties but also assist in dealing with clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to support basic client coordination and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner

Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages

Coordinate client meetings and maintain schedules

Support the sales team with basic follow-ups and client communication

Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer-facing or client-handling experience preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Office and email tools

Well-presented, organized, and confident
