We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our office located in Clifton, Karachi. The successful candidate will efficiently manage front-desk operations while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily office activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors promptly, directing them to the appropriate departments with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring all communications are handled courteously and efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings to support office operations.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, keep records up to date, and perform basic administrative tasks as required.
- Provide support to overall office functions and assist with documentation to facilitate workflow and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- A graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar front-desk role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain records accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to handle scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties.
- A professional appearance and attitude that aligns with the company’s standards and values.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Clifton, Karachi. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
