Active8 Wireless is a fast-growing US-based company operating 400+ Metro by T-Mobile retail stores across the United States. Our Karachi-based back office plays a vital role in supporting US operations through strategic insight, data analysis, and operational excellence.

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to join our team at RJ Mall, Karachi. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, create a welcoming environment for visitors and candidates, and provide administrative support across (morning, evening, and night).

Location

Onsite – RJ Mall, Karachi

Working Schedule

• Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
• Shifts: Morning / Evening / Night

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors and candidates in a professional manner
• Manage front desk operations efficiently at all times
• Handle emails and basic office correspondence
• Maintain visitor logs and front desk records
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ensure a smooth and welcoming reception environment

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email)
• Previous experience as a receptionist is an advantage
