Recruiter

Digilaxy is looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment and the ability to handle HR functions independently in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple positions.

- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth hiring process.

- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Job Details

- Position: Recruiter

- Job Type: Full-time

- Working Hours: 9 hours per day

- Schedule: Monday to Friday

- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Location: DHA Phase 5, Khada Market, Karachi

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably recruiting for international sales campaigns.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
