Full job description

Education:

Bachelors in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.

Experience:

4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems and equipment.
• Monitor the performance and availability of voice, data, and communication networks.
• Assign, coordinate, and oversee the work of telecommunications technicians.
• Troubleshoot and resolve telecommunications faults and service disruptions.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Monitor network performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability.
• Coordinate system upgrades, expansions, and equipment replacements.
