About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our remote team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who have completed their Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field and are eager to start a career in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.

This internship offers hands-on training, real recruitment exposure, and the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment platforms
• Review and screen resumes according to job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities and hiring campaigns
• Conduct talent mapping and market research when needed

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and MS Office/Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude
