Returnship - Associate

This is a 1-year paid contractual returnship program designed to reintegrate skilled W0MEN professionals into the workforce, empowering them for long-term career growth at HUBCO or beyond.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for professionals who:

✔ Have been on a career break for 2 to 6 years

✔ At least 2-3 years of prior professional experience

✔ Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (16 years education) in:

• Business Administration
• Economics
• Finance
• Marketing
• Engineering
• Public Policy
• Or related disciplines

Relevant Experience Areas

We welcome candidates with prior experience in:

• Business Development
• Sales & Key Account Management
• Corporate Strategy
• Commercial Analysis
• Marketing & Market Research
• Project Coordination
• Client Relationship Management
• Tendering, Proposals & Bid Management
• Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

Industry exposure in Energy, Infrastructure, FMCG, Banking, Telecom, Consulting, B2B Services, or Industrial sectors will be an advantage.
