Job Opening: Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience and a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documents.
• Oversee operations including menu, logistics, staff, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth processes.
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree in Business/Management or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
