Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making sales calls, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive sales and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients
Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on inquiries
Present and sell company products/services to new and existing customers
Maintain and manage customer accounts
Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Record and report sales activities and results
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
Basic computer skills (CRM software, email, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
