Sales and Admin Coordinator

Location: Onsite (Karachi or Hyderabad Pakistan)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for leads and clients, providing prompt and professional responses via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Lead Management:

Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital ads, qualifying them, understanding their needs, and scheduling consultations or bookings.
Follow up with warm leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
3. CRM Management:

Enter and update lead and client information in the CRM system accurately.
Track lead status, manage follow-ups, and ensure proper documentation of client interactions.
4. Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate records of inventory using the company’s system, ensuring stock levels are up-to-date.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely procurement and restocking of supplies.
5. Administrative Support:

Assist with daily administrative tasks as assigned, including scheduling, data entry, and preparing reports.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized digital files.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) and inventory management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours 8AM to 5PM EST (Canadian Time Zone)
