K2 DV Services is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing professional to lead and coordinate a team of five members. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales and a strong background in executing effective digital marketing campaigns. This role demands a strategic thinker who can combine sales acumen with marketing expertise to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The successful candidate will oversee email marketing efforts and utilize various email marketing platforms to maximize outreach and engagement. This position requires hands-on management skills to guide a small team towards meeting sales targets and marketing objectives. The candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies, monitoring their implementation, and analyzing the effectiveness of all marketing activities. Collaboration with cross-functional departments and continuous adaptation to evolving market trends will be essential to succeed in this role.

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of five sales and marketing professionals to maximize their performance.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, focusing on boosting brand awareness and lead generation.
• Utilize email marketing platforms to design, launch, and monitor targeted email campaigns.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and marketing results to senior management.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales and marketing actions.
