Job Title: Sales & Service Engineer – Interior Sindh

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Service Engineer to manage pre-sales and post-sales operations including sales, service, installations, and preventive maintenance (PPMs) across Interior Sindh. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service while achieving organizational sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales, services, installations, and preventive maintenance (PPMs) in assigned territory.
• Execute assigned tasks efficiently with optimal use of time and resources.
• Achieve organizational objectives, revenue targets, and service revenue goals in a profitable manner.
• Handle sales and marketing of machines/equipment and maintain an effective sales funnel.
• Manage installation planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Oversee service, repair, maintenance, and after-sales support.
• Ensure timely invoicing and recovery of payments.
• Maintain equipment uptime above 95% through accurate diagnosis and quick resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and operational processes.
• Stay updated on market challenges and implement corrective strategies.
• Continuously work on self-development, technical knowledge, and motivation.
• Improve time vs. task efficiency while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Experience in industrial equipment sales/service preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare tenders and manage installations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel within Interior Sindh.
