POSITION: Sales Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and coordinating with customers and internal departments. This position involves handling inquiries, processing sales orders, maintaining client records, and assisting in achieving sales targets for vehicle tracking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and responding to inquiries.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, agreements, and invoices.
  • Track sales leads and follow up with potential customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.
  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team for seamless installation and activation of tracking devices.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Provide product details, pricing, and customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support and resolving complaints.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Maintain records of sales transactions, contracts, and client interactions.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the technical team to schedule installations and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Collaborate with the finance department for billing, payments, and account settlements.
  • Assist the marketing team in promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 6 months or 1 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the car tracking, or automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
