Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Retail Service Provider (RSP) client accounts
• Deliver high-quality customer support and resolve client issues promptly
• Coordinate onboarding of new RSP partners and ensure a smooth setup process
• Track account performance and maintain accurate documentation
• Share updates, performance insights, and improvement plans with clients
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure top-level service delivery
• Maintain compliance with company policies and service standards

Requirements

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Experience in customer service, client support, or account management is preferred
✔ Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize responsibilities effectively
✔ Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
✔ Basic computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus)
✔ Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
