Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B Campaign
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team remotely from Pakistan. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our clients through cold calling. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential prospects in different industries to generate leads for our client
- Reach out to potential prospects via phone to build relationships and set appointments for our clients
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment targets
- Provide feedback and insights on the sales process to improve overall performance
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a sales development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential prospects
- Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
