Sales / Marketing Field Officer

Key Responsibilities

Execute product launches and in-store marketing campaigns

Collaborate with retailers' key account teams and category managers

Implement POSM Point of Sale Materials strategies for strong visibility

Build and maintain relationships with store staff and retail partners

Conduct store visits to monitor competition and gather insights

Allocate resources strategically across trade marketing channels

Track campaign performance and recommend improvements

Deliver product training sessions to retail teams

Represent the brand in activation events and trade shows

Achieve and exceed sales KPIs through smart retail execution

Qualifications and Skills

Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven

Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills

Comfortable with market visits and cross-team coordination

23 years of experience in retail marketing, merchandise, or sales preferred
