Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team.
This role focuses on lead generation, cold outreach, and appointment setting for clients in the New Zealand and Australian markets. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, confidence in outbound sales, and the ability to engage international prospects professionally.
Work Setup & Timings
- Job Type: Remote (Work from Home)
- Working Hours: 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM (PKT)
- Target Market: New Zealand & Australia
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients in NZ and AUS markets
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and data sources for lead generation
Cold Outreach & Communication
- Conduct outbound outreach via:
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn messaging
- Engage prospects with clear, confident, and professional communication
- Maintain a neutral or British English accent suitable for international clients
Lead Qualification
- Understand client needs and assess fit with company services
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing to Account Executives
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Track KPIs such as calls, emails, and meetings booked
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and performance
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or sales roles
- Experience in outbound sales or cold calling is highly preferred
- Experience with international markets (NZ/AUS) is a plus
Technical & Sales Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
Communication Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Clear, confident British or neutral international accent (mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
Soft Skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Excellent time management (especially for early morning shifts)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
