Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description:
Lakhani Builders is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive with experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients
  • Promote and sell real estate projects via phone
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Update and manage customer records in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in real estate telesales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong phone handling and persuasion skills
