JOB DESCRIPTION

Creatif Soft is looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. We need Sales Executives for both morning and evening shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Prioritize and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat and upsell clients to increase sales.
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
• Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
• Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
• Help customers register online and process their orders.
• Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery.
