Team Lead - Tele Sales

Location: Karachi (On-site) (Main office Victoria, Australia)

Direct Building Solutions (DBS) Australia is a leading provider of government-backed energy efficiency solutions across Victoria. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Tele Sales Team Lead to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams, and strengthen our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Lead, mentor, and grow the sales and marketing teams
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media
• Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and sales metrics
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with senior management on business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Proven success in growing revenue and leading teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, HVAC, Construction, or Home Improvement is highly desirable
