Position: Upseller – Front Sales (SMM Unit)
Domain: Web & Design Services
Shift: Night (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM)
Location: On-site (Main Shahrah-e-Faysal, KHI)

We’re hiring a dynamic and driven Front Sales Executive (Upseller) to join our SMM Unit at DigyArray. If you have a passion for digital services, strong client communication skills, and the ability to close and upsell with confidence — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for new leads
Promote and upsell Web, Hosting, Animation, and Other Graphic Design services
Identify client needs and align them with appropriate solutions
Achieve monthly sales targets ($5,000 – $8,000 range)
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
Proven experience in digital sales (preferably in design/web domains)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Comfortable working night shifts
A strong understanding of design, web, and marketing concepts is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 200,000 (based on experience & performance)
