Bridge Healthcare Management is seeking a driven and confident Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves outbound cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting for healthcare practices in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold outreach calls to prospective healthcare clients.
• Generate and qualify leads for healthcare practices.
• Schedule appointments with decision-makers and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with management to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or customer support is preferred.
• Strong confidence when speaking on the phone.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
